OVERVIEW

SOLD OUT EVENT LAST YEAR

This extravaganza brings together Denver’s top promoters.  This visionary team will launch this 2nd annual blow out at the spectacular Marriott Denver Tech Center in the grand atrium lobby, as well as all of the ballrooms.  This amazing atrium with the grand staircase entry and overhanging balconies makes a unique and amazing space for this event.  Words do not do this space justice you must witness the photos on the website.

This is Colorado’s Halloween party, where everyone is invited to get involved.  We have come up with cutting edge marketing and web techniques allowing opportunities for any of Denver’s populace to be involved on a paid level.  These original concepts capitalize on the rage of social networking.

The expected attendance of 3 - 5,000 people, will have an abundance of ways to participate and interact, in the themed theatrical environment.  We are setting up Trick-or-Treating for adults, complete with bags to gather your goodies.  Video txt messaging and attendee numbers allows you to post messages to friends and “soon to be friends” on the giant screens.  Zodiac buttons helps you to find your compatible soul mate with a given brochure on compatibility.  After locating your dream person head or take your significant other to the old school photo booth to commemorate the evening.  Many other surprises of interaction await.

Take a break from the socializing and watch the shows and phenomenal performances.  Headline is the Body Art Zodiac Opera!  You will just have to see it to know what it is.  Video DJ’s will add to the visuals and bands give their unique styles.  Aerial performers dangle 20 feet in the air as ex Cirque Du Soliel performers delight the audience.  Of course the party would not be complete without the costume contest with a $1000 cash prize!  This will encourage all the guests to dress in costume and let out the character for the night!

HELPFUL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Below is information to make your event experience more enjoyable.

Please be courteous and respectful at all times.  We create events for people to have a great time and meet other people.  Think of the event as a DRAMA FREE ZONE.  Treat other guests and the Venue with respect.   
DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! The Denver Police force will be out and looking for drunk drivers. We create hotel parties to keep you safe.  Otherwise there will be plenty of public transportation.
HOLD HARMLESS:  By using your ticket to gain admittance to the event, you agree to hold harmless The Collective Events, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue.  You agree to not hold any of the aforementioned parties liable for any injury or accident caused to yourself or others.
DISCLAIMER:  Kevin Larson Presents retains the right to make changes to the event at any time including but,  not limited to; entertainment, schedule, location, ticket cost etc.  Kevin Larson Presents will provide something similar in style and value for any change. 
REFUNDS:  There are NO refunds for any reason.

WILL CALL REGISTRATION

1. You will be able to pick up your tickets starting at 2:00 p.m., day of the event at the entry to the venue.
2. DON'T FORGET YOUR ID!  Every person must check in at Will Call with their valid ID.  This is for Colorado Liquor Laws.  No person will be allowed into the event without it.
3. Wrist Bands will be put on at the time of you check in.  From that point on you will be able to enter and leave the party as you choose.  Wristbands are water proof so do not worry about them holding up while you get ready for the night of festivities.  They must be worn at all times or you will be asked to leave the event.
4. CONFIRMATION EMAIL, will NOT work at the door.  Only a valid ID and CC the tickets were purchased with will allow you to pick up your tickets.
5. PLEASE BE PATIENT! The General Admission line is usually the largest around 8:00 p.m.. We will process everyone as quickly as possible but please be patient, early check will allow you to avoid lines and is to help alleviate waits at the beginning of the event.
6. VIP ticket holders will have an exclusive, no-waiting, entrance at the will call area.
